SF-1 Self-lubricating Composite Bushing

SF-1 metal composite self-lubricating material is made of high-quality low-carbon steel as the substrate, with a spherical porous copper powder layer sintered in the middle, and a wear-resistant lubricating material mainly made of PTFE as the bearing working layer on the surface. This material has excellent mechanical bearing capacity, and the middle copper powder layer can not only timely transfer the heat generated during the operation of the bearing, but also improve the bonding strength between the plastic layer and the substrate.

SF-2 Boundary lubricating Bushing

SF-2 material is a three-layer composite self-lubricating material made of polytetrafluoroethylene modified polyoxymethylene plastic as the surface layer. It is a benign boundary lubricating material, making it particularly suitable for bearings, thrust pads, sliders, ball seats, and other friction parts that are not easily lubricated by fluid dynamics due to high load and low-speed rotational motion, swinging motion, and frequent opening and closing under load.

JF bimetallic composite bearings are made of high-quality low-carbon steel as the substrate, and the surface is sintered with copper alloys (CuPb10Sn10, CuPb6Sn6Zn3, CuPb24Sn4, CuPb30, AlSn20Cu, CuSn8Ni) with low friction characteristics as the wear-resistant layer of the bearing. The copper alloy surface can be machined with various types of oil grooves, oil holes, oil cavities, etc. according to the needs of the operating conditions, to be suitable for situations where continuous or difficult refueling is not possible.

JDB Solid Lubricant Inlaid Bearing

The so-called no oil supply refers to the need for no or minimal refueling. Our research goal is to ensure that bearings can still perform well under such working conditions and extend their service life as much as possible. The basic working principle of self-lubricating bearings is that during the initial operation stage, the solid lubricant on the surface of the bearing forms a transfer film due to mutual friction and covers the grinding parts, ultimately forming a solid lubricating film to achieve self-lubricating. It blocks direct contact between the workpieces, effectively protecting the grinding parts and extending the service life of the bearing and workpiece.

FU Powder Metallurgy Bearings

FU-1 copper based oil containing bearings are made from tin bronze powder as raw material, pressed by molds, sintered at high temperatures, and shaped. Its matrix has fine and uniformly distributed pores, which form an oil containing state after vacuum impregnation with lubricating oil. This product has the characteristics of short-term lubrication without oil, low usage cost, and adjustable inner and outer diameter dimensions, making it suitable for use in medium speed and low load environments. The product has been widely used in household motors, power tools, textile machinery, chemical machinery, automotive industry, and office equipment.

FZ Ball Retainer Bearing

FZH (copper based), FZL (aluminum based), and FZP (resin based) steel balls are held in place, with copper alloy, hard aluminum alloy, and POM resin as the base materials, and holes arranged in an orderly manner, of appropriate size, and with special shapes are machined on their outer circular surfaces, into which rolling bearing steel balls are embedded. The mouth adopts the latest groove circular locking ball technology, effectively solving the problem of traditional locking balls and indentation locking balls not completely preventing steel balls from falling off. A 90 ° stopper is machined at the bottom of the hole to allow the steel ball to rotate freely inside the hole without falling off. Due to the diameter of the steel ball being larger than the wall thickness of the retaining ring, the steel ball is higher than the inner and outer circular surfaces of the retaining ring during use, directly contacting the matching hole and shaft, causing the base (retaining ring) to float in the middle, and the difference between the radius of the matching hole and the shaft is smaller than the diameter of the steel ball, that is, the steel ball is in an interference fit with it, with high fitting accuracy and flexible relative movement between the shaft and the hole. It is a product that keeps the circle updated and upgraded.
